BEN HAILES
Having studied Business and Economics at the University of Queensland, Ben has held several senior management roles in Australia's leading investment managers including Macquarie Bank, Brookfield Multiplex and BT Financial Group. With experience in an array of asset classes including Australian and international equities, property, cash and private equity, Ben brings to his role a wealth of investment knowledge.
Introduced to the heavy earthmoving and mining industries in 2012, Ben was engaged as the General Manager of Orionstone (now Emeco), then one of Australia's largest heavy earthmoving rental businesses. In this role, Ben oversaw the asset management, sales and rental contracts of 300 heavy earthmoving machines, actively growing the business during difficult market conditions.
MATT BLYTON
Matt is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and has held positions in both private practice and public companies. Completing a Commerce degree at the University of Newcastle, Matt began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and taxation.
Progressing to Toll Ports, Matt gained knowledge of the logistics industry across Australia for bulk product and commodities, before moving to Glencore in 2006. At Glencore Matt has held Corporate and senior operational commercial positions. In these roles, Matt has managed financial systems, governance, procurement and contracts, operations commercial performance, and financial analysis and project due diligence.
ADRIAN VINNICOMBE
With two decades of experience in information systems, Adrian has worked across both the financial services and heavy equipment industries.
Having attained a Masters in Project Management, Adrian has lead a broad range of projects in the information systems field. These projects have included the design and implementation of an integrated regulatory compliance system in response to an ASIC enforceable undertaking for one of Australia's largest financial planning dealer groups; the design and implementation of a credit card and direct debit transaction processing platform as well as; the design and implementation of an asset management platform for the management of 300 heavy earthmoving machines at Orionstone (now Emeco), then one of Australia's largest heavy earthmoving rental businesses.
LEANDRA TUCK
With an extensive background in funds management, Leandra offers sophisticated and wholesale investors a wealth of knowledge across our range of Funds. Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Education and Graduate Diploma in Finance, Leandra has practised as a Certified Financial Planner and held several business development roles, most recently at ING, completing 15 years as their Head of the ING Aligned Distribution Channel and National Firms Manager.
Integral to our team, Leandra provides dedicated support to our investor base nationally.
