Matt is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and has held positions in both private practice and public companies.

Completing a Commerce degree at the University of Newcastle, Matt began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit and taxation.

Progressing to Toll Ports, Matt gained knowledge of the logistics industry across Australia for bulk product and commodities, before moving to Glencore in 2006. At Glencore Matt has held Corporate and senior operational commercial positions. In these roles, Matt has managed financial systems, governance, procurement and contracts, operations commercial performance, and financial analysis and project due diligence.
